Q. What is your product shipping cost?
A. Shipping cost is free. Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. However, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military bases or diplomatic locations.
Q. What is your return policy?
A. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason you will have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product and request a refund. You may return any Product (as defined below) purchased on depthdeal.com in accordance with the terms below:
A return authorization must be requested within 30 days of your date of delivery. You must contact us at depthdeal@gmail.com to request and receive an RMA.
The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.
Once an RMA is received please return the item and email us back with the RMA and the tracking# so we can track your return.
You must return the Product to the address provided to receive a refund at your cost within 30 days of receipt of RMA.
Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.

A. Yes, we currently accepting credit card, debit card and paypal.

Q. How long is the shipping takes?
A. All orders are processed within 3 business days. In most case, estimated delivery time is 3 to 8 business day.
Q. Can Customer use more than one coupon for an iteam?
A. Our sincere apology for this inconvenience, per order, can only be applied with one coupon code.
